Hotel Check-in: If you have reserved a hotel room, check in time is 4:00 PM. Hotel check out time is 12:00 PM.

Westin Galleria Houston Hotel Parking OptionsComplimentary parking is available and located at the hotel. 

  • Self-Parking: Complimentary in the Brown Garage.
  • Valet Parking: $58 USD per day with overnight parking.


Symposium Registration: Check-in for the Symposium will take place on Thursday, May 14 any time after 12:00 PM in the Galleria Ballroom Foyer. Be sure to check-in with the registration desk upon arrival to receive your name badges.


Be Prepared for Meeting Room Temperatures: As always, we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater, as temperatures in large meeting spaces can be a bit unpredictable.

Upon initial App login, a BITLY AD will pop up and display on your device screen. This is typical. Please be aware! To disregard the ad, select the "X" in the upper right-hand corner of the pop-up.


**To access the Symposium App, please enter the email address used at the time of event registration.**


Enter "ichs2026" as the Event code AND Password to access your account. Password is case-sensitive! After entering your login credentials, you will be prompted to reset your password. Attendees should use their new login once the password has been reset. 


Attendees may customize profile details listed in the App.

To update, select "My" or the headshot icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the App menu. Select "Profile" to edit the information in those fields. This information will be displayed to all attendees. Exhibitor email IDs will be viewable, while Attendee email IDs will remain hidden

Exhibitors! If you have purchased the lead generator package, instructions will be provided on-site at the Symposium.

Exhibitor Setup: Exhibitors may begin setup on Thursday, May 14 anytime after 10:00 AM by the Galleria Ballroom. All exhibits must be set up by 6:30AM on Friday, May 15, 2026.

Finding Your Table: When you arrive in the exhibit hall, there will be a tent card with your company's name and a folder containing pertinent information placed on your assigned table.

Symposium Registration: Check-in for the Symposium will take place on Thursday, May 14, anytime after 12:00 PM by the Galleria Ballroom. Be sure to check in with the registration desk upon arrival to receive your name badges.

Packages Shipped in Advance: Any shipped packages will be delivered to your dedicated area as long as fees were paid in advance. The ICHS team will be available to help and to connect you with hotel staff if you need assistance. 

Sessions & Meals: All exhibiting personnel are welcome to attend all educational sessions, and all provided meals.
