We are now approaching the 4^th Conference of Translational Medicine on the Pathogenesis and Therapy of Immune-Mediated Diseases, which will allow researchers and medical doctors interested in the pathogenesis and novel therapeutic approaches of human immunologic disease an opportunity to get together. As you will see from the preliminary program and from our website (www.translationalimmunology.it), the meeting will focus on innate immunity and inflammation in three models of human diseases: Autoinflammatory/Autoimmune Disorders/PID, Cancer and Viral Infection. As in 3 the past conferences, we are going to have a translational approach to all topics. The meeting will host 5 lectures from 5 pioneers in immunology and will have a prestigious faculty of invited speakers composed by the top scientist in the related research field that already confirmed their participation. More short talks will be then selected from the submitted abstracts. As you can see from the attached preliminary program, more then 50% of the faculty is composed by top scientists working in American research institutions (NIH in particular) working in the field of PID.
